About Us

A long-time Hoboken resident that was frustrated with his Property Management Company's high fees and promised high service levels.  As a small building we just weren't large enough to justify the attention we desired.  And when we needed them the most, they weren't there.  Facing costly capital improvement projects, I moved our HOA to self-management and haven't looked back as we've saved thousands of dollars a year.

Recognizing that full self-management is not for everyone especially for small buildings, we identified a niche - to provide services to HOAs for a low price.

I have more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality, financial technology, consumer products, and technology industries including a BA, top MBA, as well as am a CPA/CFA charterholder.  Years of experience in the management of HOAs and property management.  I'm excited to bring my financial operations expertise at Fortune 500 companies to property management.  The broader team has decades of experience where they've learned operational efficiency as well as how to deliver exceptional service.
